Step 1: Complete the Water, Sewer & Trash Contract Form

Start by filling out the official Water, Sewer & Trash Contract Form.
You can download it from the town’s website or pick one up at Town Hall.
Once completed, bring the signed form to Town Hall during regular business hours.

Step 2: Bring Your Required Documents and Payment

When you come to Town Hall to submit your form, make sure you bring:

  • Your signed Water, Sewer & Trash Contract Form

  • Your closing documents or rental agreement

  • A valid photo ID

  • Your required payment, based on whether you are a homeowner or a renter

Payment Breakdown:

  • New Homeowners:

    • $100 Membership Fee

    • $50 Deposit

  • Renters:

    • $200 Membership Fee

    • $50 Deposit

    • Total: $250
