The Town of Parkton’s administrative team plays a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient, responsive service to our residents. The Town Clerk/Finance Officer manages official town records, prepares meeting agendas and minutes, oversees budgeting and financial reporting, and ensures compliance with state and local regulations. The Utility Clerk provides essential customer service to residents by managing utility billing, processing payments, maintaining account records, and assisting with service requests. Together, they help maintain transparent government operations and deliver dependable support to the Parkton community.

Raymie Day is a southern Arizona native who now proudly calls North Carolina home. As the Town Clerk and Finance Officer, she brings dedication, organization, and a true passion for community service to Parkton. Raymie has embraced life in NC, enjoying its welcoming spirit, strong sense of community, and the opportunity to help support a town she has grown to love.

Lana Penfield

Lana Penfield is a proud North Carolina native who was raised in Parkton and still calls the town home. As the Public Works Utility Clerk, she is dedicated to serving the community she’s grown up in and loves. Lana takes great pride in helping Parkton’s residents and supporting the town’s continued growth. Her deep roots and commitment to her hometown make her an invaluable part of the Parkton team.

Sarah Price

Sarah Price is a North Carolina native who brings strong legal expertise and a deep commitment to public service to her role as Town Attorney. She graduated from Elon University School of Law in December 2018 and successfully passed the North Carolina Bar Exam in February 2019.
